education on nutrition, exercise, and general health issues. Health Facts for YOU! In a study, type 2 diabetics who consumed as little as a gram of cinnamon per day experienced an improvement in their blood glucose levels after 40 days. If you've added stomach crunches to your exercise routine, don't hold your breath. Holding your breath when you perform crunches may cause your blood pressure to spike higher than normal. |
